Prices and payment
Prices listed on workoutbysoren.dk are all in DKK (Danish kroner).
All prices include VAT. Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or subscription.
Payments are handled by the third-party provider Stripe (www.stripe.com) through integration with the software provider ABC Glofox, which acts as a payment gateway and is subject to the applicable GDPR rules.
No credit is granted through www.workoutbysoren.dk
Memberships
Approval of membership, including subscription, 10-session card, course, day pass, and/or trial session is the responsibility of Workout by Soren.
The minimum age for members and participants is 16 years.
Workout by Søren Eliasen may change the terms and conditions of membership at any time, including prices, duration, and content, with notification of the current month + 30 days.
Booking and cancellation
Classes and courses can be booked online via the website, the GloFox app, and by direct contact using MobilePay. Payment can be made either by bank transfer/credit card in advance or via subscription.
Cancellations for group training sessions where you choose to pay per session can be made up to 6 hours before the start of the session, and a refund will be issued. Cancellations made after this time will result in the loss of the fee due to potential losses from unfilled places in the group. If you do not show up for your booked spot or show up more than 10 minutes late for class, you will be charged DKK 25 per session. This will be accumulated for the month of your subscription and sent by cash on delivery. If you have purchased a day pass or have a 10-session card, the session will be used and cannot be refunded.
At the start of the course, book online or by direct contact. Payment is also made via bank transfer/credit card prepayment or subscription. Cancellation or withdrawal after the start and in the case of prepayment, the amount will be lost due to the space reserved for you, which will be lost to another party. For installment/subscription payments, cancellation/cancellation can be made no later than the 15th of the month. An amount corresponding to 2 months' price will be reserved in case of cancellation to cover the cost of lost space for another party.
Delivery
Programs and plans purchased as standalone products will be sent by email in PDF format. If you have purchased access to a program on subscription, these will be delivered through Workout by Søren Eliasen's training app, provided by third-party software provider ABC Trainerize. No coaching is provided for standalone products.
In the Online Coaching program, delivery is done through Workout by Soren's training app, where you can access plans and programs. Coaching is also provided via chat in the app or by phone, messenger, or WhatsApp. Video material is available and will also be communicated through the above channels.
Physical 1:1 coaching is provided through physical presence during training.
Workout by Soren's training app is also made available, where plans, programs, and additional communication are available, exactly as described in the previous section.
Responsibility
Workout by Søren Eliasen is responsible for providing professional advice on training and well-being based on the information provided by the client at the start of the program.The client is therefore responsible for providing correct information at the start of the program and when purchasing plans and programs.
be:easy:fit cannot therefore be held responsible for any hidden illnesses, injuries, or consequences resulting from incorrect information.
Søren Eliasen at Workout by Søren Eliasen is a certified personal trainer and nutritionist but does not provide any specific medical services. Therefore, the two areas should not be confused with each other. Workout by Søren Eliasen provides advice and guidance only, which is why, upon commencing a course and purchasing a plan and/or program, the client agrees to the disclaimer of liability for any actual illness or injury that the client may have acquired during their lifetime.
Workout by Søren Eliasen undertakes to always ensure the safety and health of its clients and may at any time suspend or terminate the collaboration on the basis of any hidden illnesses or injuries.
Returns
As Workout by Søren Eliasen only provides advice based on information provided by a prospective client, there is no right of return for physical courses. However, courses can be terminated at any time at the end of the current month.
E-commerce legislation provides a 14-day right of return on all goods purchased online.
Data processing
Data is stored through the aforementioned third-party providers Stripe, ABC Glofox, and ABC Trainerize, which are subject to GDPR legislation. It is be:eas:fit's responsibility to ensure that the applicable GDPR rules are complied with by the third-party providers used at all times.
The information will not be disclosed for sale, marketing, or other commercial use other than in the context of be:easy:fit.

Appeal options
Complaints about goods or services purchased from be:easy:fit should be submitted to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority's Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. As a consumer, you can submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution atforbrug.dk. The European Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to submit a complaint. Changes

Law and jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with Danish law, and any legal action shall be brought before the Copenhagen City Court, in accordance with the company's location.
