WHO IS
I?

Sports have been a part of my life since I was 6 years old and stepped onto the soccer field for the first time.

This later became the Jutland series in badminton and the B series in motocross.

As a curious young person, I have practiced boxing, taekwondo, shooting, diving, swimming, and, not least, fitness.

Since 2000, I have been working as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, and I am both a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist specializing in weight loss.

I have been involved in competitive sports for more than 25 years, during which time strength and conditioning training have been integral parts of my training regimen.

Training five days a week to compete every weekend, I've experienced it all firsthand. 

I am thoroughly familiar with all the mental challenges of training and how to overcome them!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

When you book a course with me, I create a training and diet plan based on your goals and wishes.
I also have my own app where you can find your plans and where we track your progress to ensure that you achieve your goals. 

There are two ways to train with me: 

1. – Personaltraining program where you train with me twice a week at my own gym or at your home address,
, and the rest of the time using a training program either at home or at a gym of your choice. 

2. – Online program where I put the plans in the app, and you train on your own at home or at a gym of your choice, while I supervise and provide feedback throughout the entire program to make sure you hit our goals.

Training plans & tracking

When you choose a 1:1 PT or Online Coaching program, you get access to my own separate app where you can find your training and meal plans, track your progress, book follow-up coaching sessions, and chat directly with me throughout the program. 

The app integrates with Apple Watch, Garmin, Suunto, and others, allowing you to track all your activity, sleep patterns, and other data that is relevant to your progress throughout the program—all automatically.

MEAL PLANS & SHOPPING LISTS

You use the same app for your diet plan and inspiration during your program.

Here you will find a wealth of different recipes to inspire you. New dishes are added all the time, and you can track your calorie intake so you know whether you are hitting your targets. 

You can change dishes along the way, and the plan will naturally be adjusted to your personal dietary preferences.

SAFE TRAINING WITH RESULTS

Your program takes place in a safe environment with full support and supervision—with the sole focus on you. 

Here, you can be 100% yourself while I guide you safely toward your new physical goals and ensure that you achieve them! 

The training takes place in the gym or at your home, regardless of whether it is a 1:1 or online course, combined with a diet and home training plan – and you can get support throughout the entire course at any time!
