No special requirements. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, I will tailor the course 100% to your current level and goals. The most important thing is the willingness to commit.

Yes. All programs include a personalized meal plan tailored to your preferences and goals. You can find your meal plans, recipes, and shopping lists directly in the app, and you can adjust dishes to suit your taste as you go along.
The app is your daily platform during the program. Here you will find your training and meal plans, chat with me, book sessions, and track your progress. It automatically integrates with Apple Watch, Garmin, Suunto, and other wearables.
